This morning I was invited to a speak at a conference organised by the Malta Institute of Management entitled “Malta’s Present & Future Economic Growth”. As always the issue of productivity cropped us. As we all know we need to build Malta’s economic growth model towards achieving higher productivity levels by being able to generate more value added output with less input.
One of the ways to help achieve this, is by upskilling people to be able to handle various challenges more efficiently and effectively. To this effect I will be delivering a number of workshops in 2024 on subject areas which I believe are very topical and can help business leaders sharpen their skill sets.
